I know there's at least 30 or more of these threads but fuck it, I'm tired of posting in the recent purchases thread to share a new beer. This is my beer review thread so mods please don't fucking merge it. Especially you Tec so help me God if you merge it... Today's beer (technically yesterdays)

Warsteiner Premium Verum



Now this beer is good I enjoyed it but at the same time it's just so fucking average. It's like an American macro but you can obviously taste the difference. Has a bit of sweetness and hops to it and a little dry at the end still very drinkable and smooth. Would easily pick this over Bud but not sure if I'll be buying it again.

Sunday I had the last of my reserve of Southern Tier Imperial Pumpkin.

Fucking seasonal beer was looking for that here everywhere. Couldn't find it however Sam Adams Oktoberfest wasn't a horrible replacement. Also fuck you you lucky bastard.

Its released sometime in August and I try to buy as many as my greedy face can. Sells out too fast.

The Oktoberfest is a decent back-up though.

This year I have to grab some. I think I picked up some other beer with pumpkin in the name. Though I can't remember the name so I maybe mistaken or my brain made it up.

I have to point out Dos Equis Amber better than the special lager (one in green bottle).

If you haven't tried it it is excellent ..

Darker than amber but not a Stout beer..

Very smooth, has a slight hoppy flavor a hint of citrus..

Its from Captain Lawrence in New York. I've never tasted anything from them so I'm not sure what to expect.

I don't drink Dos Equis often but when I do, I make it a mission to get shit faced.

Anyone know of brown ales similar to Newcastle? I've been trying pale ales, like Blue Moon and Shocktops, but they didn't do much for me. Oh, and if you know of any decent lagers, that would be helpful too, since I literally haven't tried any, and my default would be to start off with Sam Adams.

Lately my Lager/Beer of choice from the liquoir store has been Imperial, nice taste and cheap.

I tried Firemans 4, which is a blonde Ale, and it was good, not bad at all. But i have only had it once.

Killians Red is good, its been a while since i have had it.

I'm talking Corona and Four Loko. I had a couple (Four Lokos) around the time it was going to be pulled off shelves and it just tasted like shit. I had to chase it with it Tilt. Looking back perhaps not the best of ideas to drink both like that.

Check it out if your a beer fanatic and are looking for something new. I've found some really good ones, and stumbled on some bad ones too. As for GA's take on Warsteiner, just stay away from their lemon flavored one. That was horrid.

I really enjoy a frosty adult beverage. I tried the quilmes beer from argentina a while back. I was expecting garbage on account that argentines r pieces of shit but it was actually pretty good. Good body and refreshing. Good lager.

Also for Nia u might want to try Sam smiths brown ale.
