Whats for dinner for Sat., April 18th?

I'm making carne asada tacos.

Its marinading as I type
i wanted to try one of 2 marinades here on the board but i didnt have any teqilla or corona so i dipped each piece of meat in fresh lime juice, then seasoned with chef merito tenderizer(orange lid), garlic, onion powder and pepper. I layered the meat with slices of white onion and cilantro. I put it all in a ziploc bag and moved it around to get the juice mixed in . Then i opened it again and add a lil more lime juice.

Dh will cook the meat on the grill. Once its cooked , i will cut up the meat into smaller pieces. I'm going to use the mini tortillas. the tacos will be topped with cabbage, onion, tomatilla saslsa blendes with an avocado. And I will have a nice cold corona cant forget the salt and lime mmmmmmmmm

What other sides will go with this besides beans and rice?

YUMMMMMM!!! that sounds great.
Beans and rice are what i would make with them.
And for dinner tonight, it will be simple homemade Cheeseburgers and fries

Sun April 19th

Tonight We are having tortas. I saved some carne asada from last night. Someone on the board last night mentioned fries so I'm going to make some homemade fries yum!

Tortas
chopped up carne asada meat
refried beans
kraft slice sandwich cheese
lettuce
salsa verde guacamole

I split the bollio in 1/2 and toast the inside just a lil

May I suggest that instead of Kraft Cheese, you use cotija

i don't think ima eat. i need cold fruit to sooth my stomach. pineapple, strawberry and orange. my stomach is weak. come pick up a few platos. im only 20 minutes away.

iced tea with lemon sounds good. and im not a cold tea type person. i prefer hot tea..

Mon. April 20th

Hello. I dont like Mondays. Its hard getting back into the routine . In had some of those mini tortillas for tacos so I'm going to make mini tostadas.
Beans
lettuce
cheese
and i made a regular salsa (red).

I'm hooked on the chili verde especially with guacamole but i decided to change it up

so whats cooking?
