Default Breakfast

I was just sitting here reading stuff on the main page while I ate a bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee from Dunkin Donuts and I thought to myself; I wonder what everyone else is having for breakfast.

So what are some of the fast food places you guys go to for breakfast before getting to work/school, and what do you usually order?

Usually, I either go to Dunkin Donuts or McD's.

At dunkin, I usually order a plain bagel with cream cheese, or a croissant breakfast samich with egg and cheese only. Plus a medium coffe.

At McD's, I will usually order a Steak Egg and Cheese bagel with a hashbrown and again a medium coffee.

But I only go about 2wice a week to avoid from spending to much cash.

I dont have much of an appetite in the morning, but I know I should eat.

I blend about 8-10 oz of cold water with 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 cup oats, 1/2 frozen banana and one spoonful of natural, crunchy peanut butter.

I have a friend who eats that same exact thing. She's in great shape.

Usually for breakfast I just eat a powerbar, or something like that, and a diet mountain dew.

I could never drink pop, diet or otherwise in the mornings. it would just upset my stomach.

And protein shakes just taste nasty. But then again i've never had one with banana and oats.

^ I used to that. Get up and pound a Diet Pepsi. I just do that during the day now.

Good combo! Unless of course you smoke menthols.

I don't smoke anymore, but when I did, nothing beat that.
