Default Isil, Mexican drug cartel alliance?

Recent reports indicate a possible Mexican drug cartel, Isil alliance. Ever since the ATF, and the border patrol have cracked down on weapons and money flowing back into mexico, the Zeta's and gulfo cartels have aligned with Isil for weapons and financial partnership in return for Syrian refugee's and terrorist entering the U.S. illegally with the cartels help. This could have grave consequences for U.S. , Mexican relations. Any thoughts?

Where did these reports come from? Not that I know too much at all, but those with an agenda seeking to "secure" the US/Mexico border would sure like for people to make the link between the two organizations.

I'd call bullshit on these claims.

it was my understanding that Cartels were against the idea of an alliance for the simple reason that it's "bad for business". An alliance would mean the eyes, and full attention of the US and the rest of the world will now be focused on the cartels, which would disturb their business of drugs.

...and wasn't there a thread somewhere hear that Chapo declared war on them cause they started destroying drug shipments?

I thought they were in cahoots with Mossad, the DEA, ICE. Of course, seeing how fractured they seem to be, I wouldn't write the idea off.

I initially heard about this from " wolf blitzed" on CNN, the quote about Guzman declaring war on Isil could be interpreted as an attempt at misinformation so that the U.S. would not think of a connection. I admit, highly unlikely but not impossible.

I call this automatic bs.

I think you're talking about political pundit talk which is like drunk talk.
