Resume: Help Thread
I figured I would start a thread since there isn't one. Hook it up if you got templates or ideas and tips for resumes.
Me myself I need to put in a resume for a F.T.O. position I got the meat I need for it (information) but just dont have a nice template. Micro Word templates are lame and I tried searching online for free ones but there all stupit!. Anyways lay it down if ya got it.

the advice i got from carreer office
keep it clean and simple on white paper with no perfume ten point font either times new roman or ariel.... KEEP IT TO ONE PAGE

i meant no perfume, and ten point font...and no dont make it too fancy it has to be readable...
basically it has to be very very bland...

that is true i had a chick do one for me a few years ago and i got a big responce had a few job offers with in a couple of hours she maid short simple and stright to the point oh yeah and she added like a thank you letter you know what i mean one of those thanks for your time and consideration

well once you go to your interview you should ALWAYS send a thank you note...
and if they ask you do fax in your resume you should do a cover letter.
