I've really needed some "me" time, but can't seem to find it lately. If I could again (and it was warmer), I'd love to ride alone and in the country somewhere where I don't see anyone but me and my horse. That is the MOST peaceful thing to clear the mind that I can think of.

I had a lot of time on Saturday For myself which helped me prioritize what I want and what I need in life. I know it's going to be a big struggle but it will pay off at the end

That sounds awesome Dannie.

Another thing that does it for me is watching nature shows like Planet Earth or going for a walk.

I grab my camera, cell and i put my head phones on and start walking, i usually go to el centro and start taking pictures, that helps me relax. At least on day out of the month I dont do anything what so ever, i turn off my cell and i do nothing just rest, its basicly a lazy day. lol

Lately, I've been lighting some sage and sittig in my office. During this time I try to release the stress and negativity that's going on in my life at that particular moment.

There is nothing like the smell of fresh white sage. Is it the olive oil lemon juice cleanse? Have you tried to consecutively eat raw foods? Not really a cleanse but last week I ate all raw and no cooked meals for 2 days and I felt lighter and vigorous. To get your vitamins and minerals raw apple cider or raw honey or pollen should be good or kombucha or urine lol. I'm assuming eating raw foods with all that fiber will clean out your colon etc and the quick processing will help speed up your liver in getting rid of toxins. A sauna or sweatlodge would help as well.

This guy plays some mellow tranquillo tunes

Yeah... i know a few folks that do this a couple of times a year... they said that the first couple of days are really difficult b/c ur body goes through withdrawal like symptoms b/c of the the detoxing that's going on.

I took lunch today - which I rarely do unless I meet Guero - but I went alone today and just drove around (nowhere in particular), just to get outta the office .. it did help - I went back and was actually able to concentrate on business.
