Default Misdiagnosed Personality Disorders in the Military

We did a story and i can not find it on our website. But this guy Chuck Luther who was stationed at Fort Hood and did his time over in Iraq. I know PBS did a show about him and hi situation. This iw what i could come up with by just googling him:

He says he was diagnosed with a Personality disorder after alot of trouble witht he Army and that now he may not get his benefits and pay. And that he is not the only one. That the Army is doing this to get out of paying for PSTD treatment. Soldiers who have taken mutliple psych evals and then they get this shit thrown on them. Not right, not right at all.
