Default Alianza Indigena...

An organization that I like so far is one called Alianza Indigena which is in Orange County in the City of Anaheim (one of it's first in Anaheim. Most orgnanizations are mostly in Los Angeles. Most people go to Los Angeles bc of that when people do not notice that they have potential on doing stuff like that. i could've done stuff like that, but who really want to be in an organization of a young guy. LOL. Main reason why I'm not making my own organization until I get a bit older.).

Here's the link...

http://www.alianzaindigena.org/

Look in events section. A lot of events are happening...

*update*

Org has been revived. Almost starting from the beginning again. Pretty much why I'm not here as much.

Its beautiful Tec.. I love the women's circle and sweat.. That is one of the things my comadre and I are planning on organizing once I move to AZ.. I'm reluctant to begin anything in MN knowing I'm leaving..

And on another note.. your age shouldn't be a factor in creating an organization. You have a good strong hold on many things.. If its something you want to do, then do it.

I will. So far, it's to get people's attention that we want to revive and just get supporters/volunteers ready once we get it running.

So far, we want to see the Yoreme tribe again since they want the org to go there again. It has been 8 years since we have last visited them in Sinaloa.

So the first link is supposed to be dead right?

I looked at the facebook thing, not much on there, in a broad way what they say they support looks good, when something said indian education I thought that was weird, like that term, I associated it with the old boarding school system for some reason

Yes, old link is dead. Just have it as evidence.

By Indian education, just means more indigenous information in schools, have native point of view. Stuff like that.

I know but that's what my mind went to, I think it was the same term, maybe they should opt for indigenous education, it's even fancier sounding
