  • If you told Navy personnel to "secure a building," they would turn off the lights and lock the doors.

The Army would occupy the building so no one could enter.

Marines would assault the building, capture it, and defend it with suppressive fire and close combat, leveling it in the process.

The Air Force, on the other hand, would take out a three-year lease with an option to buy.

haha...funny sal... you forgot Marines would also party once they secured it. haha

Airforce is mainly support for the fighter squadrons. Unless you fly a jet or a helo..you are support... mechanic, cook. You can however learn electronics. I think both the AirForce and Nave have the best electronics programs out there.

The airforce does not travel as much. They do just not as much as the "Navy and Marine Corps does. And that's because they are not a "fornt line" force. That is to say that the airforce does not have ground troops like the Marine Corps or the Army.
When the airforce gets called in to battle they usually have a place already set up for camp when they get there courtesy of the army or Marines.....they will or rarely will see action.

The Navy travels all over the world very often. They also will not see not or should not see much action unless a bomb is set off on or near one of the ships. If you get sea duty you'll be out on the ocean A LOT! believe me that gets old quick.
You'll butt heads with a Marine for sure on ship too. We get stir crazy being couped up on ship so we pick fights. Watch your back, haha.

What ever you do Yuma don't go Army or Marine Corps. They'll turn you butch...haha.

no kidding. the airforce and navy have better programs to offer.
Don't know if I helped any. feel free to ask anything.

Pretty much if u want a desk job and get fat join the Air Force, if u wanna get down and dirty join the Navy, but when it comes to education the military offers much of the same to all branches.

I haven't toured many naval bases....but it seems as if the USAF has top notch, state-of-the-art technology when I compared them with other bases.....

My two cents........it also depends on the AFSC or the job you get into as well.

I served with petty officers that spent a lot of time on Naval Ships.
