Today Sunday in Portland Oregon It is cold rainy and dark. The wind is still blowing hard, a tree limb fell in the backyard last night

We’re supposed to be in a warming trend highs in the 50’s and lows in the 40’s. Which is unbelievable at this time since this is when we usually have ice and snow.
Right now it’s sun breaks mild and no rain

The warming trend never happened. It’s clear and warm in sun but this 20mph wind is making seem like in the 30’s. Wind continues tomorrow

This wind is stressing me out. It’s so cold with the wind The noise of the wind is so loud. Although it’s beautiful and warm in the sun you can’t open any windows because of the cold wind. 20mph is steadily cold chilly
