LOL! My dd loves the freckled lemonade. I havent tried the Hawiian burger. I got the bbq hickory buger the on that has those lil fried onion strings mmmmm.

I fast for different reasons: to gain spiritual insight and awareness, to empathize with poor and hungry folks all around the world to know what it's like to starve and suffer like they do, to detoxify, weight control, etc.

forgot to mention. Tonight i made cheeseburgers on the grill. I used the Lipton beef onion soup mix in the meat and added Worcestershire sauce and let it sit in the fridge for
1 1/2-2 hours. Dang it turned out so good. I used 1 evelope of Lipton to a lil over 1lbs of ground beef(made 4 large thick patties)
side: some more homemade fries

Tonight we are having roast.. not sure what to make for sides yet. Maybe mashed taters and gravy along with some broccoli

I'm making tilapia wrapped in foil w/thinly sliced lemon & butter & other seasonings and cooked on the grill.

And gotta figure out the sides too.. :scratch:

Hmm....Usually I do some Rice A Roni but I'm not feelin in the mood for that for some reason.

Definitely veggies though... and maybe some herb flavored angel hair Pasta Roni or something like that. :mrgreen:

well i had left over cheesburger . Instread of fries i stopped and bout fried zuccihni

next two days will be kick back. Going to speed way tomorrow night and sunday hopefully to the mission, so no cooking this weekend

Not really dieting, just watching what I eat. No junk or fried foods. But I was at the gym and wasn't really hungry but realized I had only had a grapefruit and water all day . . . so I just downed the almonds. I know that wasn't enough what I ate today, but I was damn busy!

But I do like low carb, I love the South Beach . . . if you need recipes or ideas, let me know.

I went to Fatburger, ordered some Fat Fries, a chocolate milkshake, a King Burger well done, no salt on the pattry, grilled onion and an egg. The jukebox besides playin some dope oldies, to my surprise it was playing country, alternative rock, and rap music with vulgar words in it :cool:

I microwaved a burrito de chile rojo con huevo from earlier and I dipped some Lays chips onto a plato and poured a lot of salsa Valentina.:cool:

Oh and can't forget the cold Pepsi.:cool::cool:
