So I had a 3 piece, biscuit, mashed potatoes & gravy, mac & cheese, raspberry iced tea and one of those little desert bucket parfaits (I had chocolate).

It wasnt as good as I had hoped, but it hit the spot.

Well, at least long enough to hold me over until my little debbies get cold :D

i dont know bout ur sauce. But then i have to taste it i suppose. But oneslight flaw i see, ur cheese is not melted OR EVEN SLIGHTLY MELTED, lol. Also ya dont have any tomatoes, i gotta have tomatoes over lettuce any day.

my first thought was it needs color-lol! I dont like melted cheese on tacos and i didnt have any tomatos. once in awhile i will use chopped tomato otherwise i just use the red tomato salsa to go over the cheese.

i like it layered like this"::
chicken then lettuce, the the cheese then the salsa.

DH:
chicken,cheese,very lil lettuce then the salsa

So you melt you cheese?

No i dont melt it parse. I usually put the cheese on the tortilla or shell then the hot chicken then the lettuce and tomatoes, then salsa and/or sour cream. Sometimes even put more cheese on top of that. I dont need the cheese to be like totally melted, but naturally melted by the hotness of the chicken or beef.

Tonight we are making carne asada tacos, on homemade tortillas, cabbage,cheese and pato. Also some rice with it.

da husband and i shared the baby back rib plate with potato and veggies and we each had our own salad. Man i love their corn bread crutons yummm!
