Wed. 4/22 busy evening so it was In & Out


Me:cheeseburger and fries yum!
Da husband: Double cheese burger animal style and fries
dd: grilled cheese spread only

plus we will have some fruit i bought from costco

another busy day tomorrow so probably no cooking. I bought some shrimp so hopefully i can make a ceviche, i need to look for a good recipe.

Had to work late last night out of no where so it was a Whataburger Night. Good stuff.

Left over chicken but instead of a aguacate complementing it, I will use a vegetable mix.

dunno yet. Long day and i dont feel like going grocery shopping for tortillas and chicken. I have the tomatillos and guacamole but nothin to go with it. P{lus I have a sore throat not feeling well. Hope its not that cold or flu thats going around.

Maybe dh will take me out or bring something home

cool ! i like the mozerella cheese better than colby. I also bought the pizza sauce in a jar look for it unless you have a recipe. Hope your son likes it. make it in the oven not the microwave

I had whopper with cheese no onion, fries and a dr. pepper.

Back to schedule so i should be cooking this weekend. I need to make a list of stuff to make, Many of you have given me lot of ideas

Nothing to fancy or special, I just use salt, pepper,oregano,garlic powder, and onion powder. I tried the mccormick seasoning packet for roast but i didnt like i to much

I'm craving KFC for some reason. I probably eat the stuff like once a year, but for some reason, I am craving some fried chicke, mashed potatoes, biscuits and mac and cheese.

I wait, now I remember why I'm craving this. I'm high!

here are my shredded chicken tacos, with cheese, lettuce and salsa verde guacamole. I bought the rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club and shredded it. Next time i will make my own chicken. The chicken i bought was a lil dry otherwise the salsa verde saved it-lol!

their mash potato and gravy are so good. I also love the cole slaw. Anyone remember years ago when they use to sell the BBQ ribs mmmmm. When we were lucky enough to get those ribs it was like eating a rich mans meal. In those days eating out was a privilage-lol!
