I made turkey meatballs with whole grain pasta, smothered in a homemade marinara sauce.

Fajita marinated in bitter orange juice, garlic, a pinch of comino, and some adobo sauce. Cooked in onion and tomatoe, and abit of the juices. Made it into tacos on nopal tortillas, with some avocado, and crema oaxaqueña . Served with Una Mas Amber Lager by Left Coast.

No cheese or cream. I do like milk and yogurt. I am not lactose intolerant. LOL.

Kind of. I wrote about it somewhere on Soy but I was never an alcoholic or anything like that. I do not drink any alcoholic beverage.

Yup, the most I have drank is a sip, of Cornelio's whiskey and wine or champagne during a toast, since I was 16 years old.
