I had low carb burger from carls jr its a burger minus the bun. It was an avocado bacon and cheese burger oh so good!

damn, my stomach is starting to hurt from all that food. this afternoon i had a egg white omelet with cilanto, tomatoes, cheese and turkey, oh and some serranos

it has meat(real beef) and everything minus the onions,bun and santa fe sauce(yuck dont like that sauce)

trust me when your diet consist of lil carb this burger is like i'm in heaven type of meal-lol!

went to luau and had some chicken, shredded beef veggies and dip, tea, water -i was in low carb heaven-lol!
I treated myself to a small piece of cake too
