I came home from Spring Break to no groceries, I made some impromptu chilaquiles, fried some tortillas, discovered I had no salsa, but found can of diced tomatoes and green chilis, added that and cheese. topped it with avocado.

I also fried beans I had freezed a coupled of weeks ago.
