Adding An Avatar

I deleted my avatar (it was outdated) .. and now it won't let me add a new one.

Is it a glitch, or what am I doing wrong?

Yeah, Soy's broken lol. There's messed up code all over the forum. I think SJ has brought it to the attention of Sal, but as far as I know he hasn't made his way over here to fix all the issues. It's why I don't have an avy either :lol:
