Los Angeles, Alta California - October, 13, 2004 - (ACN) La Voz de Aztlan has received a copy of a "sexual harassment complaint" that was filed today in the New York Supreme Court by journalist Andrea Mackris accusing the self-righteous host of "The O'Reilly Factor" of extremely lewd and lubricious behavior towards her while she work with O'Reilly in a subordinate position at Fox News. The allegations by Andrea Mackris portrays Bill O'Reilly as a "bottom of the gutter" prurient and obscene person whose uncontrolled lusty behavior towards her exceeded all bounds of civil behavior.

The complaint was filed today in New York by Benedict P. Morelli and Associates on behalf of Ms. Mackris who as a professional journalist has worked for NBC, CNN and Fox. Andrea Mackris also served as an intern in 1991 in the George Bush White House. The complaint also names as defendants O'Reilly's employers; News Corporation, Fox News Channel, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and Westwood One Incorporated.

Andrea Mackris, presently employed as an Associate Producer at Fox, accuses Bill O'Reilly of an assortment of extremely embarrassing and lecherous behaviors. Ms. Mackris alleges that O'Reilly would suggest to her to "pick up men at bars" and to "use her vibrator to blow off steam". Bill O'Reilly would say, "You do have a vibrator, don't you? Every girl does!" Ms. Mackris would answer indignantly, "That is not true. Does your wife have one?" Bill O'Reilly answered, "Yes in fact she does. She'd kill me if she knew I was telling you."

On another occasion, O'Reilly told Ms. Mackris that he had instructed another woman to purchase a vibrator and that he had taught the woman how to masturbate with it while telling her sexual stories over the telephone. O'Reilly told Ms. Mackris that the woman also worked at Fox News and that it was her first orgasm over the telephone.

There is a long series of lecherous behaviors by Bill O'Reilly alleged in the complaint. Some are just too lewd to repeat here. Mostly they involve calls by telephone by O'Reilly to Ms. Mackris in which he "talks dirty" and masturbates. Andrea Mackris alleges that O'Reilly made noises over the phone as if he was having an orgasm.

Bill O'Reilly is a married man and the focus of his radio and TV talk show is good family values. He often criticizes others for their immoral and indecent behavior. Bill O'Reilly is now in the same category as Rush Limbaugh, another "talking head" who recently confessed to being a dope addict. Rush Limbaugh professed on radio that addicts and drug dealers should all be sent to jail. Today, Limbaugh is being investigated as a possible dope dealer when it was discovered that he bought thousands of tablets of the highly addictive drug "Oxycontin" with sham prescriptions. Oxycontin is known on the streets as "Hillbilly Heroin".

just a good move. it keeps her from disclosing what may have really happened until the case is over and maybe they'll settle out of court and then nothing can be said. lol. he just beat her to the punch.
her team went to him and said that would settle if he agreed to the terms. what they were they would not say.
so he file his suit on her. hahaha. dumbass she should of just started the case off.

now she's gonna look bad. worse than him. rumors are already going around that she has tried this before. so we'll see.

I don't like him, but he's smart. He knows what to do in order not to get that screwed.

does any one remember him on current affair? he was one of those papparazi type reporters. he'd chase down a star and ask questions even after he was told to go away no interview. he's a reall ass.

On a serious note.....after reading some if this stuff.......I really think that this is similar to the Kobe Bryant case. I had a gut feeling about that case....and I have another one in regards to this case too.
